Flags at Windsor City Hall have been lowered to half mast in respect and recognition of the passing of Howard Pawley.
Pawley served as Premier of Manitoba from 1981 to 1988. He subsequently assumed a teaching position at the University of Windsor in 1991 and served as Associate Professor Emeritus until his death Wednesday, December 30th.
Pawley also served as a current member of the Board for the Windsor Public Library.
