Forever 21 Red is now open at Devonshire Mall.
The store is located near The Bay, across from the current location of Sport Chek.
The new concept, called F21 Red, provides a large selection of merchandise while maintaining the value and entry-level category price points.
Forever 21 debuted its first F21 Red location in South Gate, California in 2014.
The first 100 people in line this morning received free $10 gift cards.
