Golden Griddle will be the next new tenant to join Freshco, XS Cargo and Dollar Tree at the site of West Windsor’s former Zellers plaza at Tecumseh and Huron Church.
The franchise breakfast restaurant closed its South/West Windsor location on Huron Church in 2011 when construction of the Herb Gray Parkway began and necessitated the building’s demolition.
Construction of the new breakfast place is expected to begin soon, and the store has a targeted opening date for Summer 2013.
Meanwhile, renovations are in high gear at East Windsor’s Golden Griddle location located at 4440 Tecumseh Road East. The restaurant closed in late 2012 while the interior is brought up to modernity.
