Local videographer Mike Evans produced this video of the “Windsor Smile Campaign”, a new guerrilla art project found all over Windsor. This is part three of an ongoing series.

The campaign and its unidentified artist have a goal of transforming unsightly objects such as derelict buildings and blight into beauty and art.
