Residential house sales were down 7.39% in August, compared to the same time one year ago, according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
Last month, 589 homes were sold, compared with 636 in August 2018.
Sales year to date is up almost 4% with 4,522 sold this year compared to 4,351.
The average selling price in August was $337,054.
