The city has started to hang the lights in Jackson Park preparing for the first annual Bright Lights Windsor Festival.
The festival will run from December 8th, 2017 through January 7th, 2018 and will featured dozens of trees lighted, as well as a giant Christmas tree, Santa and more.
Programming and activities will take place on Fridays and Saturdays.
