Police Release Picture Of Suspect In Assault

Windsor police have released a picture of suspect wanted in an alleged assault.

Police say it happened around 2:30am on Thursday, November 10th, 2016 in a parking lot located in the 1100 block of Wyandotte Street West.

They say that their investigation revealed the 28-year-old male victim was walking through the parking lot when he is involved in a verbal altercation with a male. At some point another male allegedly assaulted the victim, causing him to fall to the ground and strike his head.

The victim was transported to hospital with a serious but not life threatening head injury.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black and red hoody, black sweat pants and black and white running shoes.
