Changes are coming to the building permit process in Lakeshore.

As of Tuesday, April 19th, Lakeshore’s Building Division will no longer accept hard copies of permit applications.

Instead, digital or scanned copies of applications will be submitted via email to [email protected]. The change is the next step in an ongoing effort to digitize applications, reduce processing times, and improve the experience of permit applicants.
