The cause of a fire in the west end of Windsor will go down as undertmined.
It broke out around 3:00 am Saturday in the 500 block of Laforet.
Fire crews found heavy fire conditions when they arrived on the scene.
The fire also spread to property in the 3200 block of Baby.
Fire officials say the tenant was alerted by the smoke alarm and self evacuated and was treated for minor smoke inhalation.
Damage is set at $150,000 and another $150,000 to the house on Baby Street.
