LaSalle is working on a new strategic plan for the town.
“LaSalle 2050” will determine the future direction of the growing community, building on what exists today and looking ahead 30 years into the future.
The new strategic plan will promote alignment and organizational commitment to common goals and objectives. It clarifies values, vision, future priority actions, and allows the Town to align its resources to these common goals and objectives. This plan will also provide the opportunity to measure success and report on results.
Interested in learning more? Stop by one of our open houses at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway, to talk to representatives from StrategyCorp and the Town of LaSalle on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 from 1oam to 2pm or Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm.
