The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority has been recognized as Government Agency of the Year at the 2019 P3 Awards hosted by P3 Bulletin. The Gordie Howe International Bridge project also won in the category of Best Road/Bridge/Tunnel Project.
The P3 Awards, held in New York, is one of the largest events recognizing and rewarding the best in public-private partnerships (P3s).
The Government Agency of the Year award is presented annually to a government agency that has provided exemplary project leadership in promoting innovative deal structures and timely, efficient delivery of infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States, or Latin America.
