You May Receive A Phone Call Asking You About Electricity Distribution In Windsor
EnWin has hired Innovative Research to ask customers their opinions on electricity distribution in Windsor.
The data obtained from this survey will be added to information gathered in 2017, when the company began its planning process for a Cost of Service rate application to the Ontario Energy Board.
“Through our first survey, we gained valuable knowledge about the needs and priorities of all our customer groups,” said Helga Reidel, ENWIN’s President and CEO. “This follow-up is our way of confirming with customers that we understood and have responded accordingly.”
“We hope our customers will take the survey,” said Reidel. “Information sharing enables ENWIN to include customer priorities in our decision-making process and empowers customer voices in the broader electricity discussion.”
Residential and small business customers can expect a call from Innovative Research over the next two weeks.
