Fire crews put out a small fire at the New Haven Rest Home Sunday evening.
It broke out just after 8:30pm in a second floor unit of the building at 942 Howard.
Officials say that one person has minor injuries and was transported to hospital. All other residents are returning to their units.
An investigator is attending.
