CARHA Hockey Donates To Run For Rocky

CARHA Hockey has presented Nancy and Rob Campana of Windsor Pride Run for Rocky with a $2,500 cheque to go towards funding of the Run for Rocky program.

“The fact that a National Sporting Organization has recognized the ground breaking work that is being done in our community to support LGBTQ youth and to help educate, educators, parents and our community as a whole is truly wonderful” Nancy Campana stated. “CARHA Hockey will be an exciting week of hockey and events here in the city and the chance to host amateur hockey players from around the world gives Windsor the opportunity to shine on the international stage”.

The 4th annual Run for Rocky takes place on Sunday April 17th starting at 1 pm in Dieppe Gardens. The Run/Walk has raised over $170,000.00 in its first three years.
