The causes is listed as undetermined after an early morning fire.
The fire broke out in the basement of a home in the 4400 block of Lovric just before 2am.
The resident and four cats all got out safely.
Investigators say that the fire started in the basement area of the laundry and furnace room.
Damage is set at $50,000.
