Windsor Police are encouraging anyone who nay have received a new bike for Christmas to register it on their new bicycle registration program.
Police say by doing this, it will increase the chances of having your bicycle returned to you if it is lost or stolen.
They say that hundreds of stolen and abandoned bicycles are recovered every year, and the main reason is because people don’t report them stolen and/or they don’t record serial numbers and other important identifiers.
