Ottawa Street is celebrating 100 years this September and organizers have a great weekend of fun events planned.

Starting the evening of Friday, September 18th, a 100 Years of Fashion celebration will take place under the covered arena at Lanspeary Park.

Tickets are $50 for general admission or $450 for a VIP table for six, with a portion of the sales of the VIP tables benefiting Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

There will also be a cash bar.

The event starts at 7pm with a fashion show at 8pm with clothing from 1915 into the future.  Runway models will be wearing fashions from Cardinal Music Theatre, Penny Jane Vintage & More, Freeds of Windsor and the St. Clair College Fashion Design Program, with hair and makeup provided by a variety of salons located on Ottawa Street.  You can call 226-246-7046 for tickets.

Saturday, September 19th will feature a day of food trucks, extended patios on closed streets, street musicians, face painting, balloon animals and more.

Greatest Hits Live will perform the hits of legendary rock bands starting at 8pm.
