Pay Your Library Fines Online

Windsorites who use the services of the the Windsor Public Library can now use credit cards to pay fines and fees or make donation payments, all through the library’s website at any time, day or night through SMARTPAY.

The secure online payment solution links with the library’s existing system so payments are automatically posted to customer accounts in real time.

Customers will need their library card and PIN numbers to log in to SmartPay from the library webpage and retrieve details of their library account. They will be able to see their balance, select items to pay, and securely charge their credit card. SmartPay requires a minimum $5 payment which can consist of multiple fines. SmartPay can be found under the Windsor Public Library Catalogue (Pay Fines/Fees Tab).
