The Ministry of Labour has been notified after an industrial accident Monday afternoon.
Police say that a piece of metal was knocked loose and fell striking a worker in the head at an industrial building in the 2400 block of Seminole Street.
He was transported to hospital for treatment of a cut to his head. His injuries are not considered to be life threatening.
