We can’t believe it’s only been 8 weeks. It feels like we have known Michelle, Angela, John and Stacey for a lifetime. The relationship we have grown to have with them, I know will last a lifetime! We are very thankful to have them a part of Adrenaline and all their hard work and dedication to this Fit-Life Challenge has been amazing, sure to inspire anyone! So let’s hear what they have to say and what advice they have for anyone that may be at home watching this and needs that kick in the butt to get going and live a healthier lifestyle.
