Friday on the University of Windsor Campus will be a Olympic Send-Off Reception for Canadian Olympian and former Lancer star Melissa Bishop.

She is currently the #1 ranked Canadian female in the 800 metres and is set to compete for Canada later this summer in the 2012 Olympic Summer Games in London.

The party starts at noon until 1pm in the multi-purpose room at the St. Dennis Centre on College avenue and everyone is welcome to come and send best wishes.

Photos will be offered with the Olympic torch alongside Melissa.
