Hi! My name is Rookie, and I’m an 8 year old Retriever mix. I can be a bit shy with new people, but will warm up once I get to know you. My owners had to surrender me because they were moving, so I am looking for someone to spend the rest of my life with. I would love a house with a yard to explore. Some things you should know about me first are that I am a FREE SPIRIT, intelligent, independent, confident and clever. Also, because of my age I am part of the ‘Golden Oldies’ program which means my adoption fee is reduced by 50%. To meet me come to the Humane Society today!
