EC Row On/Off Ramps at Walker to Close Until December

Storm sewer and road rehabilitation construction on Walker Road will close all ramps to and from the E.C. Row Expressway at Walker Road starting on Tuesday July 3rd. The ramps are scheduled to remain closed until December 15th.

The Howard Avenue and Central Ramps will be the closest alternate access and exit points for Expressway users.

During construction, Walker Road will remain open in both directions and access to businesses will be maintained, but drivers should expect lane restrictions on Walker Road between Digby Street and Foster Avenue in to early next year.

The city says that should construction go smoothly the duration timelines for ramp closures could be shortened.
