A long empty parcel of land on Riverside Drive is about to see new life. The former gas bar property on Lauzon and Riverside Drive will be the home to a new medial complex with a pharmacy. The Site plan is pictured above.
Staying in East Windsor, Loblaw Properties Limited has submitted their Site Plan for the new LCBO that will open in the Zehrs Plaza. The new stand along building will be located at the rear of the property, where the Zehrs Garden center currently sits.
