Food Network Back @ Bubi’s on Tuesday!

Saturday April 2nd, 2011, 11:30am

Hello time traveller!!

Windsorites may recall that last November,  a new show that will air on the Food Network this fall called “YOU GOTTA EAT HERE” spent the entire day at Bubi’s Awesome Eats in Downtown Windsor.   They filmed the process of making many of their famous dishes and then they went into the dining room and interviewed many loyal customers of Bubi’s.

Two weeks ago the same production company sent a note to Bubi’s informing them that the producers loved the customer commentary so much they were looking to see if they can come back to Bubi’s to film more of  Bubi’s customers!

They will be doing a full day of interviews with customers on Tuesday April 5th from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  So if you missed your first opportunity to come and be on National TV you are getting your second chance to be discovered!!

You Gotta Eat Here! is a deliciously funny 13 episode, half hour television series that sends our charming, funny and food-obsessed host, comedian John Catucci, on a quest for Canada’s most delicious, mouthwatering, over-the-top comfort food. He’s visiting great joints, greasy spoons, and legendary restaurants to taste the food that made them famous and to meet the colourful characters that make them institutions. John dives into the kitchens to find out what makes these signature recipes so damn good. Health food? Not on this show, baby. Bring on the cheese, bacon, and barbecue!
