Council To Plan The Next Four Years, Today

This afternoon Windsor City Council will hold a Strategic Planning Session, looking at what do they want to accomplish for the City of Windsor four years from now.

Some questions on the table for them to discuss are:

–What are the top 5 to 7 strategic initiatives that Council wants to achieve in the next 4 years?

-What does Council need from Administration, operationally, to make Council’s life easier?

-How will council measure their progress, and outcomes?  What is our mechanism to discuss our progress, celebrate success when achieved and adjust course when needed.

-To what extent does Council need to present a cohesive front, and if so, how will we achieve it?

-What does Administration need to demonstrate to Council to ensure confidence and trust?

–What is the nature of the relationship between Council and Administration; what should it be and how do we get there?

 The session takes place at the Canadian Club Brand Centre starting at 3:00pm.
