Police respond to a call Thursday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. downtown Windsor after a car reversed into the Pelissier St entrance of the Bartlet Building damaging Light Bar’s patio. The marble exterior around the entrance had to be removed with the help of nearby construction workers. There were no serious injuries, but the brand new car is a write off.
