Windsor Spitfires Arrive back at Windsor Airport

The reigning back to back Memorial Cup Champions arrived into Windsor International Airport at about 2:45 PM this afternoon. A crowd of about 50 was allowed onto the tarmac to greet the team and family members. The charter was provided by an AirNorth Boeing 737-200. The plane took off from Winnipeg International Airport at about 11:30 CST. The Spitfires and families were shuttled to downtown for the parade via Transit Windsor.
