Environment Canada has issued the following:
West winds gusting to 90 km/h beginning early this morning. As a strong low pressure system passes by to the north this morning, winds will shift to westerly and increase to 60 km/h gusting to 90 for all the above mentioned regions early this morning. The high winds will shift to northwest and then diminish slowly today as the low pressure system moves into Quebec.
