A woman who swerved to avoid hitting a deer early this morning ended up in a ditch full of water
Chatham-Kent police say it happened just before 3am on Creek Line near the community of Pain Court.
The driver was able to safely exit from her vehicle and call police.
Damage to vehicle is estimated at $20,000.
