Downtown Windsor has seen a considerable amount of reconstruction over the past three years. Pelissier Street is the latest project.
Currently closed to traffic, Pelissier Street will be entirely redone from Wyandotte to University with new sidewalks, planters and streetscaping features.
Vertical gardens will be put in place and necessary infrastructure built to support fountains at Maiden Lane, a short adjoining street.
The project wraps up in November.
SLR Contracting Group Inc. is constructing the roadway with consulting provided by Dillon Consulting.
Funding comes from…
City of Windsor: $2,404,666
