Enwin crews have continued working throughout the day and night and as of 7:00pm, they report that most large area outages have been cleared.
This number may fluctuate as damaged tree branches continue to create issues.
Crews will remain active as individual home outages remain, and canvas teams have inspected most of the individual outages, and they have been assessed. These individual home outages will be the crews’ focus into the night and the weekend. They will maintain maximum staffing levels to restore power to these individual homes, estimated within the next 12 to 48 hours.
Individual home outages will not appear on the outage map. If the outage map does not reflect a customer’s outage, it is recommended, if they haven’t already done so, to call our Customer Service team at 519-255-2727.
