The reconstruction of E.C. Row Expressway moves into Phase 4 starting Monday.
Eastbound E.C. Row will be reduced to one lane between Huron Church Road and Conservation Drive. All exits remain open.
Westbound E.C. Row will be reduced to one lane from Conservation Drive to Huron Church Road. All exits will remain open.
This phase will wrap up on Friday, October 30th, 2020.
