A fire in Olde Sandwich Town was caused by an electrical failure on the second floor. =
It broke out in the 3100 block of Sandwich Street at a two-storey residential and commercial building around 3am.
It took over an hour to bring under control.
Damage is set at $350,000. The building was not occupied, and there was no injuries.
