Police Investigating Knifepoint Pharmacy Robbery

Windsor Police are investing a knifepoint robbery at an East Windsor pharmacy.
Police say it happened around 5:30pm on Thursday, February 13th, 2020, at a pharmacy located in the 5000 block of Wyandotte Street East.
They say that the lone suspect entered the pharmacy, brandished a knife and demanded staff place drugs from the pharmacy into a black duffle bag.
The suspect received a number of items from the pharmacy and then fled the scene on foot, running southbound on Prado Place
.
A witness then observed the suspect get into a vehicle described as a black coloured sedan which drove eastbound on Ontario Street.
There were no reported injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male with a deep voice, approximately 5’6 in height, weighing approximately 130-140 pounds with a slender build.
He was wearing a dark coloured jacket, dark pants, dark toque with a hoodie pulled up, dark sunglasses, dark gloves, and a dark bandanna covering his face.
The weapon used was not recovered.
