UPDATED: Windsor Fire has determined the situation to be minor in nature and are conducting operations to remove the hazardous materials.
Windsor Fire is on the scene at the Blind Dog, 671 Ouellette Avenue for a hazardous materials situation.
Hazmat crews were called in to deal with a severed pipe leaking a hazardous material from an older air conditioning unit.
