The CIBC Run for the Cure ran through Windsor Sunday morning, taking off from the Festival Plaza.
The volunteer-led event is held throughout Canada, Despite some rainy weather, over 800 attendees raised over $116,000.00 to go towards breast cancer research through the Canadian Cancer Society. An estimated $17 million was raised in total today in Canada, surpassing the fundraising from 2018.
