148 single detached residential homes are coming to Lakeshore.
Town Council approved the plan Tuesday night that would see the homes built-in the River Ridge subdivision.
Council also approved the draft plan for the River Ridge Phase 7 subdivision that would see the eventual construction of 185 townhouse dwelling lots.
The River Ridge subdivision runs along the southern portion of Oakwood by Lakeshore Discovery and St. Anne’s schools
