The Amazing Pace – Halloween Edition, a fundraiser to support the work of The Lung Association, takes place on Saturday October 29th.
Modeled after the original Amazing Race television show, two and four person teams will take to the streets of Windsor, solving clues to find checkpoints hidden in and around the downtown core where they will be met with unique tasks – some are physical, some are mental, but all are hauntingly exciting.
To enter, participants pay a $25 registration fee and are encouraged to raise an additional minimum of $100 in donations.
Funds raised from The Amazing Pace – Halloween Edition support Lung Association health initiatives, such as Asthma Action and BreathWorks, as well as vital medical research into respiratory disease. With one in five people in Ontario living with some kind of breathing problem, the work of The Lung Association is more important now than ever before.
