The OPP warn that a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant as result of his breach of parole could be in the Windsor and Chatham area.
Michael Kim is described as a Southeast Asian male, 25 years of age, 5’5”, 150 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck with the words “Time is Money”, tattoo on his right upper arm with the words “Life is a Gamble” and a tattoo of a dragon on his left forearm.
Kim is serving a two-year and two month sentence for assault causing bodily harm, three counts of break, enter and theft and fail to comply with probation order.
Kim is known to frequent the London, Chatham and Windsor area.
