EnWin utility crews will be closing some E.C. Row Expressway on and off ramps tonight as part of the ongoing streetlight pole replacement project.
The closures are the eastbound on ramp at Dougall Avenue, the eastbound off ramp at Howard Avenue, and the eastbound on ramp from Southbound Howard Avenue.
These closures will take place between 9pm November 19th and 6am November 20th.
