Residential house sales were up for the month of October according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
In October 2015, 696 homes were sold, compared with 676 last Octoberr.
For the first ten months of this year 5,344 homes have changed hands compare to 4,543 in 2014.
In Windsor, it was in Central/Downtown Windsor where most homes changed hands with 102 sold, followed by east Windsor with 97, and South Windsor wraps up the top three with 71 houses sold.
In the county, Lakeshore was the most popular area with 56 houses sold, LaSalle had 52 and Amherstburg had 38.
