It may be cool out, but in case you want to go for a swim here is a look at the condition of area beaches.
Water samples testing for E.coli bacteria are taken every Wednesday. The samples are sent to a public health lab in London. Testing is done Thursday and the results are given to the Health Unit by Friday.
Based on samples taken Wednesday, September 9th, 2015:
Results indicate that West Belle River and Point Pelee Northwest beaches are posted as bacterial counts exceed 100.
