Residential house sales are up for the month of June according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
In June, 598 homes were sold, compared with 492 in June 2014.
In Windsor, it was in central/downtown Windsor where most homes changed hands with 101 sold, followed by south Windsor with 87, and east Windsor wraps up the top three with 86 houses sold.
In the county, LaSalle was the most popular area with 72 houses sold, Amherstburg had 67 and Lakeshore had 56 sold.
