Road Construction You Should Know About This Week

Here is a look at new and on going road construction work in the City of Windsor. Updates are posted each Sunday afternoon.

New This Week:

Tecumseh Road East:
Will have lane restrictions in place between Pillette Road and Westminster Avenue for milling and paving.

Parent Avenue:
From Wyandotte Street East to Niagara Street will be closed for milling and paving until June 22nd.

On Going:

Edward Avenue:
Will be closed from Wyandotte Street East to Edgar Street for sewer, watermain and road rehabilitation until September 15th.

Fairview Avenue:
Will be closed from Edgar Street to St. Rose Avenue for construction of watermain, sanitary and storm sewers until September.

Church Street:
Will be restricted to local traffic from Wyandotte Street West to Caroline Street for watermain construction until September 4th.

E.C. Row Expressway:
Eastbound will be restricted to one lane between Walker Road & Central Avenue for bridge repairs until September 30th.

Hall Avenue:
Will be closed between Giles Boulevard East and Shepherd Street for road reconstruction until July 20th.

Bruce Avenue:
Will be closed from West Grand Boulevard to Norfolk Street for the construction of sanitary sewers, storm sewers and road repaving until July 31st.

Radisson Avenue:
Will be closed from Grand Marais Road West to the E.C. Row Expressway for road reconstruction until June 19th.

Rockwell Boulevard:
Will be closed from Grand Marais Road West to the E.C. Row Expressway for road reconstruction until June 19th.

Avondale Avenue:
Will be closed to between Grand Marais Road West and the E.C. Row Expressway for road reconstruction until June 19th.

Victoria Avenue:
Will be closed from Ellis Street West to Jackson Road for watermain work until June 26th.

Elm Street:
Will be closed from Giles Boulevard West to Tecumseh Road West will be closed for sewer, watermain and road construction until September 25th.

Erie Street West:
Will be closed from Wellington Avenue to Crawford Avenue) for sewer, watermain and road construction until September 25th.

Bruce Avenue:
Will be closed from Caroline Street to Newbury Street for waterman construction until September 4th.

Caroline Street:
Will be closed from Janette Avenue to Dougall Avenue for Watermain & road reconstruction until September 4th.
