UPDATED: Crash Kills 28-Year-Old Chatham Man

Chatham-Kent police have identified the victim in a fatal crash over the weekend.

Police say that around 7:30pm they were called to Cundle Line between Lagoon Road and Fargo Road, where a black pick-up truck that had been travelling eastbound lost control, left the road, struck and hydro pole, became airborne, rolled multiple times and came to rest in a field on the north side of the road.

The lone male occupant, 28-year-old Justin Laprise, was pronounced dead at the scene.
