Thirty-Six Cats Need Help After Being Rescued From A “Severe Hoarding Situation”
The Windsor Essex Humane Society rescued 36 cats Friday from what they are calling a severe hoarding situation.
Officials say they are all safe and warm and have been examined by a veterinarian. Many of them will need surgery or extensive medical treatment.
