PHOTOS: Bright Lights Filled With Local Talent With Market Every Weekend

The WE Made It: Holiday Market made its is back in town along with Bright Lights Windsor this year. A variety of vendors of goods and crafts as well as food and beverages will be set up Fridays and Saturdays with the Bright Lights set up, with this year’s market including a seating area.
