New Executive Director At Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario

There is a new Executive Director at Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario. Leigh Vachon will assume the role on April 1st, 2023.

“Mx. Vachon possess an exemplary combination of experience and passion for the services provided through ALSO. The principles and values she embodies will see our Organization continue to provide the best services in Southwestern Ontario,” said Board Chair Christina Stramacchia.

Vachon previously held the Director of Strategy, Enhanced Services & Partnership Development at ALSO. Before joining the ALSO Team, Vachon was the long-time Executive Director for Victoria Manor Supportive Housing, as well a serving eight years as a Board of Director for ALSO.

“I am so very grateful for, and so very humbled by, the opportunity that I have been given to lead this extraordinary organization. I am proud to be working alongside this Team, from the frontline Staff to the Board of Directors, to support people with disabilities in achieving each their unique goals,” Mx. Vachon said.
