A fire on Francois Court has been listed as an accidental electrical fail.

It broke out around 10:30am Tuesday, and smoke and fire were showing when fire crews arrived. It took about 30 minutes to bring under control.

Four people have been displaced, and there were no injuries.

Damage is estimated at $250,000.

Fire officials say that working smoke alarms and CO detection were not installed in the home.
